Christy Poppe is a lifesaver! I suffer from chronic back pain. I was in a serious flare up and could hardly walk. Christy added me to her busy schedule with several 30 minute sessions to work on my back. She helped calm the spasms and got me back to work. Then I had an hour massage. It was amazing!
